CHILDREN'S HEALTH CAMP "ADMIRALTEETS" IS RECOGNIZED THE BEST IN THE LENINGRAD REGION

Children's health camp "Admiralteets", a social facility of JSC "Admiralty Shipyards", was recognized as the best in the Leningrad region in Annual competition for best organization of summer recreation and rehabilitation.

The event participants were the Vice-Governor of Saint-Petersburg Irina Potekhina, the Chairman of the Education Committee Natalia Putilovskaya, the representatives of regulatory and supervisory authorities of Saint-Petersburg, the heads of children's camps and public and educational organizations of the city.

“Our wonderful camp has been highly praised for several years now,” noted Svetlana Kartasova, head of camp “Admiralteets”. “And again, this is the result of the dedicated and thoughtful work of the teachers and the councelors during the summer season of 2023, as well as great support from the Admiralty Shipyards. I am sure that we will continue to maintain our brand, and our young students will look forward to the summer holidays!

Children health camp "Admiralteets", located in village Siversky celebrated its 75th anniversary in July this year. Over the years, more than 50 thousand pupils have stayed in the camp; every year the camp accepts more than 1,200 children for summer shifts.

“Admiralteets” has been awarded with various diplomas by the Government of Saint-Petersburg, noted with thanks, and is a repeated winner of the review-competition of health facilities in Saint-Petersburg and the Leningrad region. In 2022, the leaders’ team of the children's health camp of JSC "Admiralty Shipyards" became the best in the Annual review-competition for the best organization of summer recreation and rehabilitation in Saint-Petersburg.

The children's health camp is included in the register of the camps working with the Saint-Petersburg state institution “Center for Health and Recreation “Molodezhny”. A part of the cost of the trip to the “Admiralteets” is paid for through a donation from the Government of Saint-Petersburg.
