The large refrigerator trawler - is one of the most advanced fishing vessels in the world, which is designed for fishery of pollock and herring by means of pelagic trawl in Bering Sea and Sea of Okhotsk and also in adjacent areas of East coast of Russia. The design provides the equipment for processing and refrigeration of fish, its storage and transportation to a port, production of fish oil, fish roe, pollock, surimi and fish meal.

The vessel outstands with increased ice class and greater productivity of the fish-processing equipment, which allows to produce annually:

over 15 thousand tons of fish filets, minced fish and surimi (pollock);

over 5 thousand tons of fishmeal and fish oil;

over 1 thousand ton of fish roe and soft roe.

The productivity of the freezing equipment - 250 tons per day. The trawler is equipped with state-of- the – art trawl equipment and mechanical fishing gears. Fish finding and сontrol of trawl operations are carried out by means of transducers. In addition the vessel is equipped with innovation-based electric generating plant with “floating” supply frequency. Thanks to this technology during trawling the shaft-driven generator operates with reduced revolutions of the main engine, providing for considerable saving of fuel. Besides, the vessel comprises such special features as maximum safety, high environmental compatibility and comfortable conditions for labour and recreation of the crew.
