Monitoring and measurement process, including the inspection test of equipment and materials, the operational quality control of intermediate operations, the tests, the final production control before the delivery is one of the production quality management processes.
The finished products are submitted for acceptance to the representatives of classification societies and/or of the customers, including military representatives.
The enterprise has at its disposal the central plant laboratory, a number of target laboratories and a metrological department.
Numerous production tests of different types, pneumatic, hydraulic, acoustic and other including, are carried out under approved procedures.
Welded seams are tested with nondestructive methods, namely, radiographic, ultrasonic, helium ones and the dye penetrant flaw detection method. The mechanical properties of metals are tested, and other tests of metals are carried out. Chemical analysis of various materials, namely, oil products, paint and lacquer materials, glues, jointing materials, etc. is carried out.
The standing system of manpower training on the basis of the enterprise training center provides the qualification level of workers and technicians, occupied in monitoring and tests. The staff is being duly certified.
The control order within the quality management system established at the enterprise allows providing the high work quality level on all the production phases.
