The workshop can carry out the following operations:
- CLEANING of metal structures of different shapes of rust using blasting method and pneumatic tools to cutoff rating of Sa 2.5, S 3 and St 3, dimensions being not more than 3500 x 4000 x 1900;
- COATING of blasted surfaces by local paints, paints produced by companies Jotun, Hempel, International on alkyd, phenol-formaldehyde, epoxy, acrylic, etc. basis by pneumatic and airless spray methods and by brush on metal (steel, light alloys), wood, concrete and other materials;
- APPLICATION OF INSULATION MATERIALS (FS-72, PTE-150, Paroc, plates and mats of mineral and asbestos fibers) for thermal, fire-resistant, acoustic and vibration damping insulation of structures of different shapes (pipes, cabinets, inner rooms of ships and various outfitting items, etc.);
- APPLICATION OF DECK COATINGS of mastics, concrete, tiles, linoleum including preparation of surfaces and mastics and glues. APPLICATION OF SPECIAL COATINGS of rubber of different grades on structures of different shapes, forming of glass-fiber material and sealing-in is performed.
