SLIPWAY ERECTION AND OUTFITTING WORKSHOPS

For construction of surface ships FSUE “Admiralty Shipyards” has two sloping slips allowing to launch vessels of the main dimensions of L max up to 259 m , B max up to 35 m and launching weight of 22 000 tons. The slips are equipped with three gantry cranes of 100 t lifting capacity, one tower crane of 80 t lifting capacity, three gantry cranes of 75 t lifting capacity allowing to erect a vessel's hull of units of up to 200 t weight. A hull is erected using modern processes of erection and welding.

There is also a covered-in horizontal berth allowing to erect and launch hulls of vessels of the main dimensions of L max of up to 104 m , B max of up to 18.5 m , H max of up to 10 m and launching weight of up to 7 000 tons.
